How to Sell Your Cards and Sealed Collectibles to Our Card Shop

Welcome to our WOLCOW GAMING ! Whether you're a card enthusiast, collector, or investor, we provide a convenient and secure channel to help you sell your unwanted cards and sealed collectibles. We mainly purchase cards from popular series like Pokémon TCG and One Piece TCG, with a minimum value of $5 per card. Please note, we only conduct in-store transactions.

What Cards We Buy

We focus on purchasing cards from the following series:

• Pokémon Cards (Pokémon TCG): This includes various sets, such as classic first-generation cards, special edition cards, and the latest releases. We are particularly interested in rare cards, holographic cards, GX cards, V cards, VMAX cards, etc.
• One Piece Cards (One Piece TCG): We accept both early and recent releases of rare One Piece cards. The unique artistic style and popularity of the One Piece TCG make it in high demand.
• Other TCG Cards: We also buy cards from other popular trading card games (TCGs) depending on market demand. If you have cards from different TCGs, feel free to contact us for more details.

In addition to the above, we will adjust our buying range based on our current inventory and market demand.

Our Buying Standards

We have the following standards for purchasing cards to ensure fairness and transparency in our transactions:

1. Card Value: We only buy cards valued at $5 or more. Cards worth less than this will not be considered for purchase.
2. Card Condition: The condition of the card directly affects its value. We prefer cards without noticeable scratches, creases, stains, or fading. This is especially important for rare or holographic cards, which must remain in excellent condition.
3. Rarity and Demand: We prioritize buying cards that are in high demand or are considered rare. For example, limited editions, holographic cards, rainbow cards, etc., generally hold higher value in the market.

Sealed Collectibles We Buy

In addition to individual cards, we also purchase sealed collectibles, including but not limited to:

• Sealed Pokémon Card Packs: This includes unopened early Pokémon packs, special edition packs, etc.
• Sealed One Piece Card Packs and Boxes: Unopened packs and complete booster box sets.

Sealed products can have a higher potential for appreciation, especially those that are no longer in production. If you have such sealed packs or boxes, we'd be happy to provide a quote.

Transaction Process and Payment Methods

Since we only conduct in-store transactions, here’s how the process works:

1. Visit Our Store: Please bring your cards or sealed collectibles to our shop. We will evaluate your items based on their brand, series, and condition.
2. Card Evaluation: Our expert team will assess your cards. We will consider the current market price to ensure you receive a fair offer.
3. Offer Confirmation: Once the evaluation is complete, we will provide you with a fair offer based on the card's condition and market demand. If you accept the offer, we will proceed to the next step.

Payment Methods

We offer several payment options, with varying payout percentages depending on your choice:

• Cash Payment or Bank Transfer: We will pay 70% of the current market value for your cards.
• Store Credit: If you choose store credit, we offer 80% of the market value. Store credit can be used to purchase products or for other transactions within our store, making it a great option for collectors or those planning to trade again.
• Hot Cards: For certain high-demand cards, we offer a more attractive payout rate. We may pay up to 85% of the market value, ensuring you get the best possible return.

Store Credit Use Policy

• Customers can choose to 70% of the market price in cashor 80% of the market price in store credit. When using store credit, the maximum amount that can be used per transaction is 80% of the total value of the items purchased (provided the customer has enough credit). For example, if an item is priced at $100, the customer can use up to $80 in store credit and pay the remaining $20 .While using store credit reduces the credit balance, the value of each point remains unchanged, ensuring that customer’s points do not lose value due to this policy. This approach helps maintain a healthy cash flow for the store while fostering long-term, sustainable relationships with our customers.This policy allows us to offer higher buy rates while ensuring fair value for both our customers and the store.

Inventory & Right to Refuse

Please note that our purchases are based on current inventory needs. We adjust our buying criteria based on market trends and our stock levels. We also reserve the right to refuse any collectibles, especially those that we currently do not need or that do not meet our standards.
